“My life is real estate. It is my family, my livelihood, and my passion. Growing up as a young kid, my mother was growing her real estate business, and I would constantly listen to her make deals over the phone. She had developed an incredible business that helped the lives of so many, and she quickly grew to be in the upper echelon amongst her peers. While in college, my mother urged me to get my real estate license and come work with her team, and I did. The key takeaway that I learned from a young age was that my mother constantly invested in her education and in new innovative techniques to conduct business. Over the last 20 years, we have grown our team and helped over 2000 families. Building upon my prior experiences, I expanded our business into different products, investments, and development. We now manage our own portfolio of properties and consistently buy and sell homes, all while helping our clients achieve their real estate goals.”
Origins of Marry Homes
Marry Homes is a home renovation, real estate, and hospitality company focused on many different aspects of the real estate world. Founded by lifelong friends and real estate professionals, Matthew and Kyriakos, the company combines decades of industry experience with a shared vision for high-quality living spaces.
Matthew has spent over 20 years as a real estate broker and investor, while Kyriakos brings 20 years of expertise in construction, restoration, property management, and real estate investing. Their aligned values and complementary skill sets led them to form several successful partnerships over the years.
Marry Homes began as a passion project—testing the potential of one thoughtfully renovated property. The project proved that their combined backgrounds in brokerage, renovation, and management brought real synergy to the home flipping space. Fueled by this success, they quickly expanded the portfolio and number of ongoing projects.
Today, Marry Homes continues to grow, driven by a simple mission: to offer beautifully renovated homes, exceptional service, and memorable experiences.
